Coaching Programs
Initial Evaluation, Analysis and Training Recommendations: $85
This initial step is required of all athletes planning to enroll in our Dynamic or Premium Training Programs. This sets the foundation for your training through TLC.
12-16 Week Race-Specific Training Plans (RSTP): $90
For the dedicated, experienced, and disciplined triathlete who can stick to a plan and make minor modifications for themselves. By evaluating and accounting for your current fitness, target race, performance goals, and training constraints, TLC will build you a personalized plan to get you to the finish you want.
Dynamic Training Program (DTP): $115 per month
For the athlete who needs frequent modification to their training plan and wants access to their coach on a regular basis. Built upon a periodized plan for your entire training and racing season, this plan gets you weekly workout schedules, delivered the Friday before your training week begins. You have unlimited email access to your coach and phone calls by appointment. Your plan will be modified on demand, with 24-hours notice of needed changes.
Premium Dynamic Training Program (PDTP): $225 per month
A few committed athletes will be admitted to this premium training program on a first come, first serve basis. Beginning in January, 2010 this intensive training track combines our Dynamic Training Program with weekly trainer-to-treadmill-or-track brick workouts. These workouts will be conducted in a semi-private format, with 2 athletes working with the coach during each session. The time intensive nature of this program requires that not more than 8 athletes be accepted during one training season.
The Everyman's 100: one-time fee of $200
This unique program specifically targets the needs of men looking to get active and healthy again (or for the first time). The cardiovascular conditioning program uses the entire 100 days to build you from spectator to sportsman…combining running, cycling (no – you don’t have to own a bike), trekking, and multi-sport drills. The functional-stability strength training program builds full-body strength and injury resistance; designed to be taken in the gym, your house, or the great outdoors – your choice. The “100” Program also includes general nutrition guidelines, teammates to hold you accountable, a goal-setting and check-in process with your coach, and weekly group workouts to motivate and inspire you. Make this the first year you meet your resolutions BEFORE you get to January 1st!
